Given the mediawankfest over police IQ- how about one for politicians, along with needing a psych up-check before they are allowed to take office?
It makes sense when you think about it. I mean- it's all about public safety and please think about the poor children!
I did like the idea in one of Terry Pratchat's books- where all politicans were presumed guilty, so they were locked up as soon as they were elected- saved time!

Probably locked up as soon as they were born is a better idea ... but also Oswald, you seem to have a thing about men in uniform ... I'm not altogether sure it's healthy.

I have spent most of my life in uniform- I LIKE uniform!
How about a basic comprehension test before being permitted to vote?
Then you can lower the voting age to bloody 3 for all I care and this crop of dickwads will be out on their asses.
I would like them to have a reality check before entering office. Behaviour modifcation wouldn't go amiss either.
